A nutrient for the entire body. Although Vitamin D comes from limited source of food types. We simply don’t get enough, and what we do eat is usually poorly absorbed. Vitamin D is essential to promote healthy muscle & bones.

Our bodies create Vitamin D from sunlight on the skin. The problem with this is that we are also protecting our skin from harmful UV rays using SPF sun creams which block out UVB rays and indirectly reduces Vitamin production by upto 95%.

Vitamin D helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body. The nutrients are needed to keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy, helping us grow.

Vitamin D also helps boost and regulate the immune system and the neuromuscular system, also playing a major role in the life cycle of human cells and helping to heal and repair broken skin.

Research also suggests that Vitamin D reduces the risk of various forms of cancers, including Lung, Bladder, Colon, Breast, Pancreatic and Prostate Cancer.

Glutathione

Glutathione

Essentially, Glutathione helps to detoxify and eliminate poisons and toxins in the liver, lungs, intestines and kidneys, while also helping to detoxify and eliminate fat-soluble toxins and heavy metals, making toxins water soluble, so you can get them out of your system through urine.

Glutathione works by clearing the body of toxins and free radicals that lead to hyperpigmentation, age spots, sun spots, wrinkles, acne, and even melasma.

It also has an anti-inflammatory benefits and improves metabolism, supporting weight loss by putting your body in the best place to lose weight.

Injections directly help your body burn fat cells, and your liver remove toxins, both of which lead to weight loss – where if you have too many free radicals (causing damaged cells) in your system and not enough glutathione to neutralise them, you will most likely experience frequent inflammation and slowed metabolism that makes it challenging to lose weight.

Some of the benefits

Improves Liver health

Supports weight loss

Removes toxins

Reduces inflammation

Helps eliminate Age spots & sun spots

Improves Acne & Scarring

Vitamin b complex

VitaminB Complex

Nearly 50% of the population is said to lack in ‘B Vitamins’, which most commonly causes low energy levels and a slower than normal metabolism

An important nutrient which helps the body to perform various functions like maintaining healthy nerve tissue, brain function, and red blood cell production,

Biochemically, different structures are grouped together under B Complex due to their natural occurrence in the same types of food and solubility in water.

B Complex deficiency is normally caused due to four possible reasons; high consumption of processed and refined foods, with lack of dairy and meat-based food in the diet. Excessive consumption of alcohol, impaired absorption from the gastrointestinal tract or impaired storage and us by the liver.

Made up with the following Vitamins, B-Complex is often benefitted with Vitamin B12:-

Vitamin B1 – it plays an important role in energy metabolism, immunity boosting and functioning of the nervous system.

Vitamin B2 – It is a powerful antioxidant and plays a vital role in maintaining healthy blood cells and boosts metabolism.

If you are unsure if you have a vitamin deficiency, Cheshire Wellness Hub has partnered with a Private Laboratory, and is now able to offer blood screening m.

I have chosen a small range of tests to offer, with ‘Wellness’ in mind, however, these can be adapted if necessary on request to suit the individual.

Some of the more basic tests are just a simple finger prick test, the more complex are venous. These are all generally turned around at the Lab within 24-48 hours.

They have easy to read and understand results, which will be emailed to you without delay.
